Intellectual Property Protection

COHSV's proprietary prompt engineering and generation technology is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized access, use, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

•Scraping: Automated or manual extraction of prompts, generation parameters, or proprietary algorithms
•Reverse Engineering: Attempting to deconstruct, analyze, or replicate COHSV's prompt engineering technology
•Data Mining: Systematic collection of generation data for competitive analysis or technology development
•Unauthorized API Access: Accessing COHSV services through undocumented endpoints or bypassing rate limits
•Technology Replication: Using COHSV outputs to train competing AI models or replicate our technology

Enforcement Actions

•Immediate Suspension: Accounts found violating IP protection will be suspended without warning
•Permanent Termination: Repeat violations will result in permanent account termination
•Legal Action: COHSV reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for IP theft, including damages and injunctions
•IP Blocking: Violating IPs may be blocked from accessing COHSV services entirely

Data Ownership & Usage

•Generated Images: You own full rights to images generated through COHSV, subject to your subscription terms
•Prompt Technology: COHSV retains all rights to its proprietary prompt engineering technology and algorithms
•Brand Data: Your brand colors, logos, and styling preferences remain your property and are not shared
•Usage Analytics: COHSV may analyze usage patterns to improve services, but never shares proprietary prompt data

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using COHSV services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use COHSV services

Service Availability

COHSV strives to maintain 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

COHSV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which COHSV operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
